You’ve seen enough videos, listened to enough podcasts, and read enough articles to know what you should do to fix your problems. Yet, you always seem to find yourself back in the same patterns you wanted out of. Whether it’s porn, substance use, procrastination, stress, or anger, you can’t shake the feeling that you're stuck with them. You may have even started to wonder if change is possible. Often, we feel this way because we are so focused on the symptoms, that we cannot address the deeper pain that is causing them.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help men unearth the beliefs that are holding them back, and discover the beliefs that empower them to live out the lives they desire. This approach allows us to get to the very root of our problems, and to alter our lives around a new foundation.
It's normal to feel skeptical at this stage in the process, especially when so many efforts have proved fruitless before. But, I've seen the shift from skepticism to transformation happen time and time again, and would be honored to help you find that for yourself.
