Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Presley. I welcome adolescents (15+) and adults who are seeking treatment for anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, women’s issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I use aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore their inner selves with compassion, build understanding and self-worth, and foster personal growth and unity within the self. I am also trained in ERP and I-CBT for OCD.
I recognize how challenging it can be to take the first step toward emotional wellness, and I will be there with you to ensure you have the support needed to continue growing.
