Dr. Cross utilizes coaching practices that have years of research demonstrating their effectiveness in helping clients improve their relationships, resolve conflicts, repair trust, and feel safe, loved, and connected. It stops the negative and stuck patterns in relationships, transforming them into the love, connection and understanding that couples desire.
Dr. Cross has conducted numerous marital enrichment workshops for couples and trains therapists most frequently on counseling ethics as well as the use of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. As a supervisor approved by the State of Arizona, Dr. Cross also provides clinical supervision to therapists seeking additional supervision.
