She works with those facing stressors related to family, relationships, parenting, work, career, school or adjustment related difficulties. Prescilla is dedicated to helping individuals evolve, flourish and reach their their full potential in life.
Prescilla works from a strengths based/person centered approach that will draw on your strengths to improve your overall well-being and empower you. She is an integrative clinician who uses cognitive behavioral and psycho-dynamic approaches, in addition mind-body based techniques such as mindfulness, dance, yoga and reiki to support holistic healing.
