I specialize in working with children between the ages of 5 and 10 who are having trouble expressing themselves, shows obvious signs of low self- esteem, aggression, isolation, depression, or anxiety. I also work with individuals that may feel alone in their battle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, or is unsure of the future because of the inability to adapt to life changes. Through co-therapy, my colleague and I also work with couples to successfully navigate through divorce and breakups, amicably resolving issues that not only effect couples, but also any children that may be involved.
My commitment is to provide innovative ways for helping individuals who need coping skills and guidance to deal with their circumstances. For those who have concerns regarding perceived stigmas of mental health, and may not meet criteria for an official diagnosis; accommodations can be made based off of a sliding fee scale.
After personally seeing how therapy drastically changes lives, my compassion for life, purpose, and meaning compels me to assist others in their journey. My goal and sense of fulfillment is to provide that same empowerment, providing the necessary tools to accomplish your goals and become a better you.
