I bring a wealth of skills to my work with you. I am an SEP in Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, EMDR based FLASH, AEDP training, IFS Internal Family System and 35+ years immersion in spiritual wisdom traditions including, mindfulness based practices, meditation, yoga, and, Nondual Wisdom. My work is heart centered, attachment informed and body based.
