Premier Sport Psychology provides mental skills training and psychological counseling to athletes & performers of all ages and levels. We also work with business professionals. We provide sport psychology services to Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school and amateur athletes. We work to improve performance, mental health and overall well-being. Premier Sport Psychologists are all former collegiate athletes and have specialized training in performance psychology.
We offer individual, & team sport psychology sessions, as well as presentations and workshops for parents, coaches and athletic staff, and on-site ADHD testing. Most mental skills for sport & performance are also applicable and great skills for life. Premier offers both virtual and in-person sessions tailored to the needs and schedules of our clients.
