We specialize in trauma work and integrate EMDR therapy and somatic experiencing to work through unresolved trauma and adverse events from the past that may leave you stuck we well.
We have a wonderful team of Licensed therapists as well as Associates working toward their license varying in a wider range of specialties to fit your needs. We are passionate in and emphasize in trauma-focused treatment, addiction issues, and family systems- integrating EMDR and Somatic Experiencing therapy. I have always been so passionate in the art of trauma healing. It is a very delicate and difficult topic, yet necessary to address as we navigate our daily lives. Unprocessed traumas can result in unhealthy behaviors, relational challenges, and mental health issues. My goal is to create a safe space first and foremost to begin uncovering deeper wounds together. From working in addiction and mental health treatment, with extensive group therapy experience, I have learned how incredibly powerful and valuable a group experience can be in the process of trauma healing.
