Working with me our weekly therapeutic sessions we review your current emotional state, mental triggers, physical symptoms and relational experiences. Here we support and facilitate total healing by providing you with healthy coping tools to regulate yourself and your environments and guide you to confidently implement reframed perspectives to improve overall health and quality of life.
Holistic sessions where we provide you a relaxing and supportive environment to self-reflect and discuss your recent successes and growth. Here we may discuss any concerns, challenges, active triggers or symptoms requiring guidance, healing and regulation.
Support for your emotional and physical symptoms through a variety of healing modalities in order to place the mind/body in a position to initiate it’s self-healing process and bring balance to the nervous system.
