Welcome! It would be a pleasure to work with you on your therapeutic journey and help you through any issues occurring in your life. It takes a lot of strength and courage to be able to seek help! We work with individuals, couples, and families, including but not limited to depression/anxiety, trauma, addiction/substance abuse, premarital counseling, and relationship issues. We specialize in trauma work and integrate EMDR therapy and somatic experiencing to work through unresolved trauma and adverse events from the past that may leave you stuck we well.
I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance is one of the most important aspects of therapy. I have over 12 years of experience working in substance treatment and dual-diagnoses, specializing in trauma and CBT.
I am passionate in and emphasize in EMDR therapy and trauma work; Cultural issues in the family; Young adults; I have been working in addiction treatment for over 12 years; Certified in Premarital counseling for couples.

I have always been so passionate in the art of trauma healing. It is a very delicate and difficult topic, yet necessary to address as we navigate our daily lives. Unprocessed traumas can result in unhealthy behaviors, relational challenges, and mental health issues.
