I am a born and raised Alaskan and have been providing mental health services to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health challenges and developmental disabilities for over 20 years. I became a licensed professional counselor in 2015 and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

I view that my job as a counselor is to assist in easing your emotional discomfort. I also provide clinical supervision. My office is located in downtown Juneau Alaska. I have 30+ years of counseling experience with individuals, couples, children and families.
