I'm a Psychotherapist with over 25yrs experience, and a specialization/cert. in Sex Therapy. I work with LGBTQ+ and heterosexual people on a variety of relational and mental health issues, as well as sexual and intimacy concerns. I approach my work from a sexual health model and values driven perspective. I work with clients on consensual non-monogamy/polyam, kink, BDSM, as well as sexual health challenges such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, desire discrepencies, etc. I continue to work with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, as well as navigating life! I am not working with couples at this time.
Completing post graduate training in sexual health/ sex therapy through the Univ. of Michigan (then serving as Director of, and Core Faculty in, the Program) allows me to provide sex therapy from an informed and current perspective. I strive to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to get help with issues that can often be difficult to talk about.
Through a variety of treatment modalities, including behavioral, relational, and psychoeducation, I work collaboratively with my clients to find the ways to best address their concerns.
