I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, infant and toddler mental health. My focus and population of interest is geared towards maternal mental health, parenting and infant & children mental health. I understand that being a mom or new mom is very hard and overwhelming. As well, I also know that there is hope and healing. I feel strongly about educating my clients on the importance of mental health and prioritizing ourselves.
