Hello! Reaching out for help esp when feeling vulnerable, discouraged & w/ unknowns, takes courage. The individuals that gravitate to my practice struggle w/ difficulties of anxiety, panic attacks, past and/or complex trauma/s, being triggered, self esteem, adjustment/s and/or with low/depressed mood. Together, in a private, comfortable setting considering your readiness/pace, we'll explore this & strategize. Growing trust & our relationship, providing psychoeducation and growing resources to cope and care for your self during this time are fundamentals of my work. Finding what helps you reach your goal/s is my top priority.
Since 1994, I've been practicing Social Work & Independently Licensed since 2001. Over this time, much attention has been given to professional development & in conjunction w/ outstanding supervision & continued education. EMDR has transformed my practice and the healing attained by clients. I'm excited to share this!
