I am so glad you decided to take time to invest in yourself. Life often takes a toll on us, and we stay so busy it is hard to make time to take care of ourselves. I have worked with people with a variety of symptoms and from different walks of life. The thing a lot of people are missing is connection, and I strive to help create that connection and start moving forward. I work with men and women with the transition to parenthood and with couples in strengthening their marital friendship. I have experience work with trauma and have extensive training in this as well as being certified in EMDR.

I really enjoy helping people through transitions in life and am especially passionate about women's issues. These issues, including postpartum, hormonal, infertility, etc, are so complex and can lead to other symptoms. I can help you navigate through this and connect to other supports in your life.

I have received specialized training in perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mood disorders and infertility counseling. I create a safe and comforting environment to bring your thoughts, feelings, fears, and joys to. I incorporate faith into my counseling when it is mutually important to those I am counseling.
