Let's work together to find a hopeful path forward. I work collaboratively with adults and older adolescents to foster self-compassion and address all the hard stuff that life throws our way. A strong relationship is the foundation for a positive experience in therapy, and I deeply value building safe, meaningful connections with my clients.
I use a relational, trauma-informed approach, incorporating aspects of attachment, somatic and cognitive therapies. I have advanced clinical training through Postpartum Support International to support perinatal mood/anxiety challenges and loss and am Level 1 trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body centered form of talk therapy for trauma.
