Groups
NICU graduates group
Did you know that having a baby in the NICU puts parents at a much higher risk for depression, anxiety and PTSD? This is a counseling group for parents who experienced extended stays in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with their baby after birth. Many parents find support in walking through the healing process with others who can relate to this unique start to their parenting journey. This group is offered via telehealth at this time.
Circle of Security Parenting
Circle of Security Parenting is an attachment based reflective parenting group. The classes are designed to both help parents better understand the attachment relationship with their child and also reflect on their parenting relationship to work towards building a solid attachment foundation with their child. This group is offered virtually, and will run for 8 weeks. Total cost per person/couple is $320. Participants capped at 14. When I have enough interested families to run a class, I will update this listing with details.

Therapist Burnout Prevention
Throughout the pandemic, we therapists have been in the unique position of struggling with many of the same issues as our clients, a trying to hold the space for them that we needed, too. With an unprecedented flood of awareness of the importance of mental health came an unprecedented number of people seeking mental health support. As a result, many of us are finding ourselves in the unfamiliar territory of nearing burnout. Join this virtual 6-week counseling group to find support with colleagues struggling in similar ways, and help exploring healthy boundaries and self-care for ourselves.
