I have over 30 years' experience working in clinical and corporate settings. My business and therapy background has allowed me to successfully address health concerns and illness, issues in the workplace, problematic relationships, and life transitions. I work with adults, seniors and families struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, and loneliness.
