I offer Sunday hours for busy individuals. It's natural to feel anxious about entering therapy because it involves sharing difficult aspects of your life. The process may be easier if you feel connected with your therapist. My approach is gentle, warm, and supportive so you can express yourself without fear of judgment or shame. My goals are to help you improve your coping skills, gain insight and clarity, identify your strengths, face challenges, and find some inner peace.
I know change is hard. Change also takes time. We often tell ourselves it’s not that bad or it will get better on its own. Both are true. And…there are times when we could use some help, so we don't return to the same patterns.
Whether you are perusing out of curiosity or contemplating therapy for yourself or someone you care about, I encourage you to contact me. We can have a brief consultation to see if we would work well together. One baby step can make a world of difference.
