I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, academic challenges, parenting, relationship challenges, ADHD, grief, eating disorders, and trauma. I love helping people better understand themselves, get unstuck from whatever is holding them back, and create plans for their future that align with their interests, passions, and values. I am passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and parents as they strive to be their best selves. I use an approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples work through relationship problems and create emotional closeness.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience counseling adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University Northridge, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles.
