Often, couples come in to sessions with me wanting answers and relief from the pain of the arguments and ruptures. As a therapist, I provide a stabilizing presence to allow you both to share what is important to you without the conversation exploding into argument.

Intensives are designed for couples who want to benefit from a focused immersion type approach that includes hands-on support, informational resources and practicing new tools to help you better engage, communicate and work together. In a very short period of time, you will learn a lot and come away with a new and proven way to communicate with your partner that stands the test of time. This format is for those who prefer a condensed approach instead of a longer, less predictable period of weekly or bi-weekly sessions - you want to take the elevator instead of the stairs.
