I enjoy providing professional, confidential, compassionate, creative therapy services for adults and adolescents to help people improve and strengthen their lives and relationships. I use a positive, strength-based, whole person approach to help clients through their life journey while feeling honored to walk the walk with them.
I enjoy helping parents, adults and adolescents through life's natural transitions and believe in offering people coping skills to help manage their lives and live more fully and completely. I also enjoy teaching and incorporating yoga poses and mindfulness as a part of therapy, if so desired.
I will help give your therapy a unique and personal touch by offering resources as well as therapy sessions and that includes coordinating with other professionals or getting clients connected to other referrals that may assist in their journey and healing process. I'm here to walk the walk with clients and to be creative about what that can look like.
