I am committed to helping my clients address barriers from many aspects of their lives that impede their healing journey and working with the client(s) to treat their whole selves through collaboration with all their providers and community resources. I enjoy incorporating body awareness/movement, art, and mindfulness/meditation into my therapy sessions. I have extensive work with romantic relationships, parenting, perinatal, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, religious trauma, grief, and co-parenting with separated/divorced individuals.

I created The Quiet Center with the goal of giving space to those who are going through life changes and taking on new roles, to be a refuge where you can tune out all the noise and focus on what really matters to you. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Georgia and journey with individuals age 18 and older. Clients who come to me are going through transitions, seeking to recover from anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, find their gender/sexuality identity or have suffered trauma. I specialize working with couples and with survivors of narcissistic abuse. I approach our therapeutic relationship with utmost sensitivity and respect to multi/cross-cultural factors. You can bring your personal values and spirituality and integrate them into our healing work. I am here to support you as you are finding your authentic self.

Life presents us with many challenges, and it is easy to feel bogged down or stuck in our negative patterns. I am committed to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions. I have seen firsthand how hope and self compassion can propel each individual towards deep healing. Sometimes, words just aren’t enough, so I use a variety of interventions, such as art, psychodrama techniques, sandtray, and writing. Together, we will discover what works for you, and I will support you with warmth and acceptance as you work towards your vision for yourself.
