I received my Master's Degree from University of Maryland School of Social Work and am a board-certified supervisor. I have been practicing for over 11 years and am certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, I also use a mix of Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused models.
