I think it's important to approach therapy with an open mind. I don't have expectations of clients other than they need and are seeking help. I have a wide variety of skills and don't know what I can help you with until we discuss the issue. At the first session we decide together if our relationship will be effective in helping you solve your problem.

I have over 20 years of experience in pairing with individuals in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other mental/emotional issues. I use a cognitive/behavioral approach.
