I enjoy working with kids 3 and older and adults struggling with a variety of issues. Common issues kids have who come to therapy are: developmental issues, barriers to emotional expression, behavioral or communication issues at school, transitions, parenting relationships, peer relationships and family changes. Adults come in to address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and trauma. My goal as a mental health therapist is to prioritize collaboration by providing guidance and support in a safe environment. I have been trained to do assessments for children 0-5 years old (DC 0-5 assessment).
