I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, anger management, grief, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open, safe and judgment free environment where my clients thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear. I strive to establish a positive rapport with my clients that creat an atmosphere of growth, understanding and change. I encourage my clients to embrace their authentic selves and build the strength within themselves that is necessary to promote positive change l.
I allow my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions while encouraging my clients to find solutions to the obstacles in their lives. I believe that people are capable of learning new things about themselves, exploring who they want to be, confronting their issues, getting to the root cause of their difficulties in their lives and then be able to change.
My clients are able to confront their issues and get to the root cause of their difficulties in their lives by first seeking help.
