Hi, I'm Precious Steele. I am passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and confidence. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation concerns, neurodivergence, life transitions, or trauma, I'll meet you where you are with understanding and without judgment. As the mother of a teen and an adolescent, I understand the realities of parenting and strive to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ashford University and my Master's in Social Work from Capella University. My experience in community mental health and psychiatric care has prepared me to support individuals experiencing addiction, suicidality, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health concerns.

I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and strength-based techniques. I offer in-person therapy in Longmont and telehealth throughout Colorado, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
