With more than six years of experience, I work with adults and couples navigating divorce, relationship pain, anxiety, and depression. I draw from CBT, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused work to help you understand your patterns and find a path forward. For clients with a Christian faith, I incorporate that into our work.
