My name is Precious (Associate Clinical Social Worker License 111674) and I have a passion for serving diverse populations who may be affected by anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, women's health issues, and need support establishing coping skills. I am very versed and comfortable with diagnosis, even though I firmly believe it does not define who you are, it just provides a map for creating coping skills for you together. I am supervised by Cassandra Holt Kimbell, MSED, LPCC-S at Freestyle Therapy LLC and serve populations across California. Seeing clients virtually allows me to expand my reach of who I can help.
My focus is on creating a safe and empowering space for you to explore your unique experiences, encourage mindfulness, and challenge societal pressures. Together we can empower you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
