About
As a mid-career professional, trauma is the last thing you want to talk about. You’re doing more than surviving- by many definitions, you are thriving! However, most people don’t know your story. You long to show up authentically at work, in your family and with friends, but you struggle sometimes with feelings of inadequacy and self-esteem. You're here because you think, "Maybe a therapist will understand my story without feeling burdened by it. Maybe they will listen without judgement, and help me sort out everything that has happened."
Since 2015, I have been honored to help mid-career professionals overcome long-standing issues of sexual trauma, grief, loss, and suicide. As the years go on, my passion for helping clients only increases with time. Individuals, couples and families love the time-tested & proven interventions I use, such as Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy.
During your free 20-minute phone consultation, we will explore your options and discuss ways to transform trauma into a tool for change. You could very well be the strongest person within your circle of family & friends, but your superman/superwoman cape won't be necessary for our work together. I look forward to supporting you and hearing from you soon!
