We live in unprecedented times. This age of anxiety is causing stress and issues in mental health for all of us. The impact of stress on our mind & body create challenging emotions: anxiety, worry, tension, sadness, shame, and grief. These emotions make us feel overwhelmed and out of rhythm with ourselves. Using time-tested & innovative tools in psychiatric medicine, we treat roots of mental health issues. I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist & psychotherapist and the founder of a mental health clinic called Aarām Health. I take care patients of all walks of life in MA, RI, and OH.
