My name is Patricia Johnson, the owner of the practice. I have been a psychiatric social worker since 1998 and have over thirty years of clinical experience. At Prairie Winds Counseling, we provide individual, family and group counseling. The mission of this practice is to help others reach their full potential. Working with myself are Aspen Madsen, LCSW, QMHP & Wendy Breske LCSW-PIP, QMHP. Aspen specializes in working with adolescents and families while Wendy specializes in trauma.
Prairie Winds Counseling offers both telehealth and in-person services. We would be honored to help you reach your full potential.
Both adult and minor intake forms can be obtained by contacting us via Psychology Today or e-mailing Nicole, our office assistant.
