| español Hello Friend! My name is Monica Pina, owner of Pragmatic Solutions Therapy PLLC, a telehealth practice in TX. I serve adults and teens (15 years and older). I specialize in helping those dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, mood disorders, adjustment issues, anxiety, life transitions and health-related challenges. I use specific modalities specific to the client such as: Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive, Biofeedback, Humanistic, Acceptance Commitment therapy and a modified version of EMDR. I welcome ALL who are searching for solutions to address their life issues.
My first goal is to earn your respect and trust. The goal of every session revolves around your goals, built from an authentic, genuine therapeutic relationship. As an eclectic psychotherapist, specialized in various modalities, I will help you discover and sharpen your own unique life-long coping skills, which includes sending you unique, new weekly tools.
