About
There are times in one's life that the daily journey can be more difficult. During those times, seeking assistance, support, and resolution is necessary to heal the pain and internal conflict. Having someone to help guide, encourage, and teach becomes important to help one become more authentic. Finding one's sense of internal power, self-worth, and growth is the ultimate gift.
I have years of experience with trauma-informed therapy and primarily use EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing- to help facilitate the healing process and resolve the experiences that keep us from living our most fulfilling life possible.
My approach is comprehensive. I aim to understand the complexity and experience as I support each client in a process that leads to lasting and meaningful change, allowing them to continue participating constructively in their own lives.
