The 4th trimester (the first 3 months after birth) is a pivotal time in any birthing person's life. Whether it's your first baby or your fifth, major physical and emotional shifts are happening, often alongside postpartum anxiety, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed. Your medical provider typically won't see you again until 6 weeks postpartum, and that's usually a single visit. We believe you deserve connection and support right away. We offer in-home, in-office, and telehealth visits during the 4th trimester, tailored to your emotional support needs. Maybe it's once. Maybe it's weekly. We'll be there as often as you need us.
We're committed to removing or reducing cost barriers for you whenever possible. As master's-level mental health professionals, we can bill your insurance for the services we provide, and we'll predetermine your insurance benefits, copay, and deductible before your first visit. No surprises, just support when you need it most.
We encourage scheduling an initial consultation during your 3rd trimester, though reaching out any time after childbirth is okay too. We're here to help reduce the risk of postpartum mental health concerns, support parent-child bonding, and close the gap in postnatal emotional support. We can't wait to meet you and your family.
