I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years experience. My areas of specialization include the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders including: OCD, Panic Attacks, and Social Anxiety utilizing evidence based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. My focus is on positive psychology and the development of coping skills.
My therapeutic approach involves drawing from aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative process during which each client and I work together to recognize and understand the impact of emotions and thoughts on behavior, perceptions, and interpersonal relationships.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also provide ADHD/ADD executive functioning assessments and coaching services for teenagers and adults.
