Starting from where you are now, you can come to distinguish, prioritize, and meet your core needs; work to resolve the impacts of traumatic experiences, and develop safe secure attachments. Come. Whether we work on these problems with you alone, as a couple, or in a group, your relationships will benefit from it.
My composition of mental health therapy weaves together three theories. These are: Emotion Focused Therapy (Through Emotion, Meeting Core Needs, Empowering Relationships), Existential Humanistic Therapy (Increasing Awareness, Meaning, and Being Present), and Somatic Experiencing (Working with the Nervous System Resolving Traumatic Activation and Triggers).
This is a model of personal growth. It's different than most. If you have tried therapy in the past and not got the help you needed, please don't give up.
