Therapy topics I work with are (but not limited to): Depression, anxiety (all mood disorders), relationship issues, divorce, stress management, trauma, caregiver stress and fatigue, living with dementia, self-esteem, coping skills, and life transition. I also offer clinical supervision to social workers looking to obtain clinical licensure.

I am a New York State and New Jersey State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Human and Organizational Psychologist. I received my BA in Psychology from The City College of New York, my MSW from The State University of New York at Stony Brook, and my PsyD from Touro University Worldwide.
