Announcement icon During this national and international health crisis, our office is continuing to provide only online sessions at this time.
Anxiety is a part of being human, but when worry, perfectionism, panic, intrusive/unwanted thoughts & compulsions take over, you may need new strategies to stop battling your brain and feel calm again. I am a specialist in CBT/ERP for OCD, social anxiety, phobias, ADHD/ADD, chronic low mood and rumination. I work with children, teens, adults & families to manage these challenges with proven techniques to find relief from your symptoms and develop a tool box of coping skills. I have many years of experience working with 2e, young adults, college & graduate students, including those on medical leave for anxiety & related concerns.
I am interested in you as a person, not just as a diagnosis or label. I draw upon your strengths in a warm, genuine & respectful interaction. I integrate Exposure Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, Habit Change & mindfulness with the latest developments in neuroscience and psychology, to provide you with the highest level of care & compassion.
It’s stressful to open up to a stranger about your struggles, worries & intrusive thoughts, especially if you feel embarrassed or ashamed. To help you decide if I am a good match for you, I invite you to take advantage of a free 15 minute phone consultation with me. We welcome the LGBTQIA community, people of differing abilities, all races and ethnicities.
