Since 1997, I've been a Licensed Psychotherapist, progressing from community mental health to working in both inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, particularly focusing on impaired physicians. Eventually, I ventured into private practice. My journey involved providing career aptitude assessments and mediation services for college students and facilitating C-level team-building exercises. This experience revealed to me the effectiveness of peak performance training for individuals at any stage of life.
