As a parent of premature children with health difficulties and a spouse to a First Responder, I understand "not having enough time in the day" to make yourself a priority. I offer a safe place to process the trauma, in an office that is not over stimulating for the senses. I incorporate several treatment interventions, tailored to what you need at that time.
With a combination of first hand experience and clinical knowledge, I can help navigate you through these difficult times. I have numerous treatment approaches, tailored to each client’s needs.
