In addition to the classical interventions of Cognitive Behavioral and Brief Solution-focused therapy, I included the latest thinking from Positive Psychology. Positive Psychology studies the factors that help strengthen our satisfaction with life. I’m also able to introduce concepts from Buddhist Psychology as they apply to your current challenges.
