Many of us don’t realize how negative events from our childhood affect the quality of our lives. You wake up most days feeling worthless, angry, fearful, anxious, insecure, and sad. I treat symptoms of childhood developmental trauma/complex PTSD, (i.,e., anxiety, depression, and dissociative disorders).
I use EMDR, parts work (IFS informed), Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and I am now offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am committed to helping my clients overcome inner emotional conflicts that are preventing them from leading healthy, happy and functional lives.
