I specialize in treating OCD. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, ERP, ACT and mindfulness that can be very effective for reducing symptoms and suffering. ERP requires a good deal of learning in the beginning, as well as a certain level of commitment and motivation throughout. I am very directive when doing this work.
I am interested in what works! I was originally trained in psychodynamic/Jungian/expressive arts work, focusing on childhood trauma. I have moved into evidence-based behavioral work, especially ERP, ACT and mindfulness. I use technology to aid treatment. Until further notice, appointments are currently online only.

GOAL Group for OCD
From time to time, I run a GOAL group for current & past clients. In this group, we set & work on goals and talk about specific OCD topics. There is time to socialize with other members of the group and get to know other people living with and managing OCD. This group is now running itself, but there may be new ones in the future.
