I have extensive experience in providing both brief counseling and longer term depth psychotherapy and have worked with patients who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, challenges of parenting, women's issues, professional/career issues, relationship and other life concerns. I see both individuals and couples ranging in age from late adolescence to early retirement.
While formally trained in psychoanalytic or insight-oriented psychotherapy, throughout my 40+ years of practice I have also been consistently attuned to the connection between mind and body which so significantly impacts an individual's health and wellness.
