I have over 20 years’ experience with adoptive families, children, and attachment. I am passionate about helping family, parents, and children navigate BIG changes in healthy ways. I understand first hand, being a parent of 6 beautiful adopted children myself, the challenges, emotions, fears, and successes that can come up along the way. I am skilled in attachment & view this as critical to understanding how people develop and navigate relationships. I consider myself an expert in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and can spot these symptoms and behaviors in both children and adults. Early intervention is KEY to successful outcomes.

I work well with older teens, women and couples. I am experienced with mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolar. I am trained in EMDR and TFCBT for treatment of trauma, and currently am training in the specialty of Perinatal Mood Disorders.
