Most of my practice centers around working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety in past and present relationships. I also work with clients who have performance issues at work or school, including procrastination, self-sabotage, and performance anxiety. I also treat trauma survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, bullying, and assault.
