I think most people are looking for ways to sort out what has come between them and experiencing a vibrant authentic life that feels whole and well. In this exploration clients reconnect with their truest selves encountering what is both uncomfortable and liberating, developing skills, self trust and greater authenticity. I love my work and deeply appreciate my clients.
I have been working in the mental health and wellness field for 25 years. My work is welcoming, supportive, educational, creative and grounded in compassion and clinical experience.
