I have over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families, adults and adolescents.I can assist you if you are feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, distressed in relationships, dealing with, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss or life transitions. My style is collaborative and strength-based focusing on personal accomplishments. I make use of person-centered, cognitive, and brief solution-focused therapy to identify causes contributing to problems in emotions, behaviors, and relationships. This approach helps clients to find solutions to their most concerning personal issues.
With greater self-understanding more satisfying and joyful relationships can be developed providing more meaning and purpose. We will work together to define your main concerns and develop a counseling strategy that meets your needs and goals. Action Plans are offered to help develop skills and to resolve issues as they occur.
